Nederland heeft er in Iraq ook op los geknald en is daardoor mede-verantwoordelijk voor dit drama. Daarom moet er op korte termijn steun naar de Iraqese gezondheidszorg en moet dit type munitie, ook in gebruik bij onze strijdkrachten, verdwijnen.

The term “the Butterfly effect” refers to a holistic view on our world. Everything is part of a whole (with a greater significance). Everything is interconnected and relates to one another. As far as you go in your analysis, there alway is a connection. The disturbance created bij the wings of butterfly, will finally create a typhon in the “Dragons Triangle”. These are patterns, that rule our world. Organizations (organisms, culture or civilization), so says the 2nd law of thermodynamics, will slowly, but unstoppable turn into chaos. A “law” which is completely incompatible with the “Big-Bang-theory”. The birth of our universe was explosive and chaotic (incomprehensable), but slowly developed, over billions of years into our solar system, which is predictable, compact and will last 4ever. On the other hand modern science detects all kinds of threats and extinction level events, which will tumble our stable world, into disaster, destruction and annihilation. In short, we are programmed to believe in several horror-scenario's, which are about to happen. Exploding supervolcanoes, solar storms, destructive pole-shifts, asteroid impacts, greenhouse gasses, giant tsunami's or just a simple world-war.
We are creating this future, out of fear and misunderstanding willingly and knowingly by destroying all the natural connections. How? Bij killing the bees, the birds, the butterflies, the trees, the plankton and all of the vulnerable and neglected “basics” of our world. By progressively polluting the oceans, the air and the planet. Even outer-space and the moon! This opens a “Pandora's Box” of evil, annihilation and the extintion of humanity.

In the Western world, we are used to write from left to right. An Arabic muslim writes from right to left and Jews write as the cow plows. This fact monopolises our way of looking and our way of thinking. Also our automative responses are programmed this way. In an crisis situation people act basic. So when you fight a muslim with boxing, you can use that knowledge. I used to wear a watch on my left arm, just to feel te difference and the patterrn of the right hand programming.Muslims read from left to right. “PEPSI” is read by them as “ISPEP” and “NATO” as “OTAN”. Evian is the name of producer of cosmetics. But muslims get the message.
Realising that this kind of upbringing happens from birth, you can predict all kinds of things. Advertising and media-messaging use all kinds of tools, based on the way we perceive our world. People seem to be extremely predictable and cooperations, government and religion are all using this knowledge to manipulate you. And they are doing a good job. Mass disobedience should be expected in a world like ours, but the opposite is true. Except for a couple of war-zones and civil unrest, everything, from a global perspective, is peaceful.
Reading and writing. But what about arithmetic? The decimal system, which is used world wide, has many predecessors, which are completely different from ours. Even today the fact that we divide an hour into 60 minutes, reminds us of the ancient Sumerians and Babylonians. The same goes for calendars.
But the numbers themselves. How do they look from different perspectives. Especially interesting is the number 6. Looked upon from the opposite side, you mistake it for the number nine. Letters also represent numbers. The three last letters of my name has the numerical value 666. This is possibly the most discussed number in the world. John of Patmos wrote this number down in his contribution to the modern Bible, called Revelation. It is the number of “The Beast”, the monster and quarter-master of Satan. Everybody who doesn't has this number on his hand or fore-head, is doomed in the End days.
The Sibyls, Roman witches, who ran an oracle near Naples, wrote their prophecies on oak leaves and threw them out of the cave. Shit happens. Maybe the same happened to John the Divine. Hallucinations are most of the result of drugs and even volcanic gasses. Maybe John mistook his note, when woke up, out of his trance, and read 666 instead of 999. But what about the prophesy, that we must follow the Antichrist and carve this number on our forehead or wrist.
What is most important in our civilised world is Money. This is on our thoughts and mind, most of the time. The same goes for the hand; shop till you drop. And what is the price we pay for our stuff? For our cars, computers, televisions and beauty products? All those things we don't need. Look at the prices: euro 9, 99; 99,99 or 999,99. So far, so good. John was right. In the days of the Apocalypse, mankind will have to pay the price.

You don't understand the story about the “Two Wishes” and its relation with the end of our capitalistic global economy? Well, it's a funny one and it contains a message about addiction. Our economy is based on addiction. Addiction to consumption. The product we use or eat consists of addictive materials. They are in our foods, in our drinks and in the air. And we never get satisfied. That's why we keep moving on, desperately searching to fulfill our greed, lust and all the other “Highways to Hell”. Karl Marx has predicted this. For him the end of slavery would come. It was a law. It was determined. And from that moment on communists and socialist are awaiting this “revolution”. They even tried to emanate this moment in history by taking up the arms against the government. This happened in Tsarist Russia. The army was numerous, but they lacked training, arms and motivation. They were slaughtered at the Eastern Front and the Tsar made a peace treaty with the Austrian-German and Ottoman allies. The disillusioned soldiers started rioting. The Germans saw a great opportunity here. A communist in exile, named Lenin, was transported by train from Switzerland to Russia. He immediately started to organize a revolution, which cost the Tsarist family their life; but also thousands of noblemen, military and clerks were killed and their possessions looted. The immense wealth of Russia was stripped and hidden. The Orthodox Church became marginalized and it lasted till the end of the 20th century, that religious freedoms were re-installed and the Russian-Orthodox Church is regaining some of its splendor and influence.
There circulate some strange stories around the start of the “Great War”. In the years before 1914 all major countries were participating in an arms race. So was the Ottoman Empire. In England they ordered two battleships to be build. A sign, because Istanbul could have ordered the ships in Germany. But at a given moment the British realized, that they needed the ships themselves. And though they were being payed for, the two ships were confiscated. The Ottomans were furious and Germany made good use of it. They immediately offered to warships (crews included) and the ships steamed towards Istanbul (and the Black Sea). When they arrived in that harbor, they were welcomed enthusiastically by the Ottomans. The ships were renamed, baptized and from that moment they used the Ottoman banner. Still the crew was mostly German and during an expedition on the Black Sea the German commander opened fire on the Russian mainland.
In a reaction Russia declared war on the Ottomans, who, after this proclamation of war allied with Germany against Russia. This bizarre incident, well planned by the Germans, lead to the famous battle at Gallipoli, where the Turcs killed and crippled thousands of Australian troops on the beach. This led to the best anti-war song ever written (Waltzing Mathilda). The Aussies didn't know why they had to fight or for what purpose. Gallipoli was a major defeat for England and in fact for Winston Churchill. He was the commander-in-chief for that operation.
Yes, there are other stories. So it seams, that the German emperor wanted to stop the preparations to start a war at the Western Front. He phoned his commander-in-chief von Moltke and ordered him to stop the whole operation. Von Moltke”s answer was short, but clear. “Your Majesty, that is impossible. The trains are moving already.”

I
believe in the existence of unicorns, (and in many more entities and
“tendencies to exist”). But most of all, I believe in unicorns.
Why?
I never saw a real one, but a long, long time ago, I was about 12
years old, I had gotten permission to visit and use the “Big
Library”, for adults only, when I first was confronted by this
mystery animal. The building is gone now and so are the many books
that were kept there, too.
In
the dusty and narrow alleyways one could wander for hours. And this
is what I did. History, Geography, exotic locations and the wonders
of nature, were my favorite subjects.
One
Wednesday afternoon I layed my hands on a big book, richly
illustrated , which told the story of the unicorn, who was still
alive and kicking. Where? In Kenya!
The
book, with a picture of a unicorn on the cover, told the story of an
old book, that was recently discovered, which described a strategy to
find the mysterious white horse. Or better, the animal would find
YOU, if you were worthy.
As
a novice, the daring had to undergo a kind of initiation-rite. Quite
dangerous, because it meant a close confrontation with lions and
elephant. The book described the journey of a German antropologist,
who had made it all the way. The book was full of pictures of
elephants and a lion-pack. The author got realy close to these wild
animals. He was helped by a anoyting oil, the recipee was in the
book.
But
the last part of the book was the most impressive. Lots of pictures
of unicorns in their natural habitat, wearing small blue flowers on
their head. There even was a picture of a unicorn charg a lion.
The
book was gone, when I searched for it, a couple of years later. But I
still am convinced, that the pictures were authentic. No way, that it
was faked and manipulated .
Do
unicorns exist? Yes!

Door
op de onderscheiden dagen extra aandacht aan de naamgever te
schenken, hoopten de Romeinen en de Germanen onheil te voorkomen
en voorspoed aan te roepen. De Christelijke kerk heeft deze
heidense namen, net als veel andere zaken, zonder problemen over
genomen.
Freya
In
de beeldende kunst wordt de sleutel gebruikt als symbool van
goddelijke macht. Zowel heidense goden als kerkheiligen beeldde
men af als sleutelhouder.
Op
een mozaïek te Ravenna in het mausoleum van Galla Placida, dat
uit 480 dateert, zien we de apostel Petrus als sleutelbewaarder
van de hemel afgebeeld. Petrus had de macht om de poort naar de
Hemel te openen of te sluiten. Openen van de hemelpoort en toegang
tot de Hemel, stonden synoniem voor de vergeving van alle zonden.

“In
SiTU we use many different mental concepts. We call them “tools”.
It means, that the concept is a, humble approach and reaching out
towards reality. And it is one of many, being very personal too.
Concepts grow during your education and your task in society. The
first tool, we call OM. The opposite may be true, if not now,
then in the past or future. This tool is the basis for silent
contemplation about the consequencies of our behavior. But is has
a very practical side as well. All the knowledge and insights
presented to you are lies. Education, work, social customs have
indoctrinated you. They are there to keep you docile and easy to
manage. This another side of the OM-principle. Official science,
philosophies and education and even your work are only there to
keep you down. This insight turns you on. Imagine the impact this
flash of enlightenment will have on you. The anger, the
frustration and the desolation. All finding an outlet at this
moment in aggression, violence and completely ignoring the
Ten Commandments. People turn into dictators or desperadoes. This
is where SiTU steps in. We offer you the tools to analyze
reality and ways to practise them. All with goal of showing
you the human possibilities.
A
second tool I want to mention is The Law of One. Everything is
interconnected, everything you do, or even think, has certain
effects. These effects and possible aftershocks are your
responsibility. This is the meditative side of this tool.
Practical you can use it to scan infromation or to analyse the
situation your are in. But you also can study landscapes,
paintings or music this way. You will enjoy it more, seeing your
olod favourites with new eyes. The Law of One also means, that
every aspect, every part of the whole, contains much more
information and learning possibilities, than you can imagine. Even
a grain of sand is unique and at the sametime showing its total
uniqueness. If that is true for snowflakes, why not for people.
They are much more complex, but seem to be treated all the same.
The
third tool we use in SiTU is the Law of Attraction. It means, that
if you manipulate energy or matter, this will draw attention. For
instance every morning I feed the birds. They are attracted by the
dozens. Used in meditation-exercises you can use Automatic
writing as a form to warm up your brain after which the
information you want or need presents itself.
It
is scientifically proven, that praying or contemplation, eases the
mind. Collective praying for sick people, even at a distance, has
positive effects. Somethinug Hindus are practising for millenia.
The Law of Attraction also has a practical side. It is possible to
attract interesting people and beautiful women.”

The Ark of the Covenant is described in the Bible as a sacred container, wherein rested the Tablets of stone containing the Ten Commandments as well as Aaron's rod and manna. According to the Biblical account, the Ark was built at the command of God, in accord with Moses' prophetic vision on Mount Sinai (Exodus 25:10-16). God communicated with Moses "from between the two cherubim" on the Ark's cover (Exodus 25:22). The Ark and its sanctuary were "the beauty of Israel" (Lamentations 2:1). Rashi and some Midrashim suggest that there were two arks - a temporary one made by Moses, and a later one made by Bezalel.
The Biblical account relates that during the exodus of the Israelites, the Ark was carried by the priests ~2,000 cubits (Numbers 35:5; Joshua 4:5) in advance of the people and their army or host (Num. 4:5-6; 10:33-36; Psalms 68:1; 132:8). When the Ark was borne by priests into the bed of the Jordan, the river was separated, opening a pathway for the whole of the host to pass over (Josh. 3:15-16; 4:7-18). The Ark was borne in a seven-day procession around the wall of Jericho accompanied by seven priests sounding seven trumpets of rams' horns, the city was taken with a shout (Josh. 6:4-20). When carried, the Ark was always wrapped in a veil, in tachash skins (the identity of this animal is uncertain), and a blue cloth, and was carefully concealed, even from the eyes of the Levites who carried it.

DARWIN'S NIGHTMARE
Everything
is interconnected. Connections consisting of several layers,
dimensions and levels of existence. Every root in a forest is
connected. They protect and maintain each other, even on an
emotional level. Plants that are worshipped during growth,
talked to and treated well (like ganja f.i.), perform
excellent. Even the water, the plants we use, reflect emotions
and even react to music. You can imagine, what happens in a
forest (emotionally, spiritual and physical), when the
chainsaw-gang arrives. Trees are connected, by means of their
height and canopy. Watching life in the treetops, opened up a
completely new worlds to botanists and biologists. Completely
unknown plants and species of butterflies, frogs and even
monkeys, were seen for the first time. Seen from above, by
satellite, scientists discovered the diversity and harmony of
the trees and plant life. This world is destroyed too, because
of our insatiable hunger for wood. This ends up in our houses
as souvenirs and decoration.
In
Africa certain trees warned each other. When an elephant
arrived, that started eating, all the trees changed the
chemicals in the leaves. They became less edible. The number
of birds do not show you, how “natural” an area is. It's
the diversity that counts. All the insects, birds and mammals
interact with each other. Is there enough to eat, the number
of owls grow, because many mice survive. But butterflies
harvest on different flowers and mammals eat different plants.
When diversity disappears, decline begins.
That's
what happened in “Lake Victoria”. This African lake was
famous for its divers and colorful fishes. They were liked by
fans of tropical fish, all over the world. This type of fish
is completely gone and because this eco-system was unique,
probably forever. This eco-disaster is completely man-made. To
boost the local fishing-industry, the “nile-perch” was
introduced. This alien took completely over. Being a predator,
unknown to the “locals”, this was heaven. The perches grew
bigger and bigger. Now they are eating each other. But the
lake has changed too. All the fish had a well defined place in
the eco-system. Some ate plankton, some ate plants, some ate
insects. This is Darwin's nightmare. The perches don't do
things like that. “Lake Victoria” is a place of death.

Names
are chosen carefully. Especially names in books. The authors will
have taken considerabloe time and thought, before they name their
characters. Let's take the name “Harry Potter” as an example.
“Harry”
stemms from the German “Hendrik” (Hen(d)ry). The second part
means “powerful”, the first part could mean “home or land”,
but this is always written with an “m”. It's an aristocratic
name, appearing in Germany, around 900 AD.

English kings were named Henry (the VIIIth for instance) and at
the moment an English prince carries the name Harry.
Harry's
first name is powerful and royal. Destined to become king.
“Hendrik” is not christian in nature. There are hardly any
martyrs or saints carrying that name.
Harry's
last name is linked to Wicca and pagan traditions. Interest and
practice of these “cults” was already widespread, but J.K.
Rowling succeeded in interesting kids in practises and concepts of
these ancient, the say Egyptian, traditions.
The
Potter symbolises “The Creator”. The craftsman who creates
something beautiful out of nothing, with nothing but gracious and
simple handmovements. The Potter is a name given to the creating
force which powers our universe.
You
see, the author chose the names carefully. Harry Potter is “The
Once and Future King”. Linking it to even older sources, like
Atlantis. The lesson for today. Is our young sorcerer's name an
anagram?
